I just wanted to congratulate all the grads this year! Way to go! :)

I also know that there may be some "out of towners" who have questions about the burg. Feel free to ask away.

Finally arrived, unfortunately the graduate business ceremony was moved due to possible inclement weather at the vines from 3:30 to 6:00 pm. Oh well, really excited.

I really appreciated the 50 golf carts that were rented. I hopped a ride from TRBC over to Doc's Diner where my Jeep was parked. And thank God for no rain!

I had a decent time at graduation and glad that I could make it. Armed with an MBA, I'm ready to go back home and start a new job. It was convient to stay at the Best Western by campus, I'm flying back to Los Angeles today. I should have let everyone know I was coming, I could have meet up with some local flame fans. Hopefully I can come back for a game in the future, hopefully we will be FBS by then.

Go Flames!

I graduated. Fortunately nobody recognized me from here or that would have ended rather badly perhaps :D

Also did anyone else appreciate hearing from a Christian for commencement? I sure did bonus points for it being a Lib grad. It almost seemed politically neutral except for the bit with kid from NC. Who is totally being used although he is being compensated well for it.

Now that you mention it, that's a great point.

We were supposed to be there. Unfortunately, my wife spent graduation/Mother's Day in the hospital with multiple kidney stones, one of which is the size of a golf ball. The doctors this past weekend called it a kidney boulder.

Really sorry to hear that about your wife. All of us who have endured kidney stones have absolutely no trouble sympathizing. They are excruciatingly painful. I've had to give up regularly drinking tea as a result. And for me, that was a huge deal. But anything to avoid the agony is necessary.
