It's not Quiz Bowl, but it is in conference, and LU sent 9 students there, and 6 of them placed either first or second in their presentations at The Big South Undergraduate Research Symposium at High Point University on April 5-6:

Kristina Benham: first place presentation in History
Megan Doherty: second place presentation in Modern Languages
Rachel Beel & Jennifer Felder: first place presentation in Modern Languages
Doug Stephens: second place presentation in English Literature
Emily Abel: first place presentation in Psychology

You know the Final Four was tonite? Right?

Yea, but I was working: didn't get home until 7:30 from High Point, home of the best nachos in the Big South and the BSC campus with the most fountains!
