I should have clarified... it was clearly just a PR stunt. Unlike all the other not top 10's. So in effect it's kinda lame.

I think it's funny how cynical we've all become towards the school.

I think it was a good idea. Easy way of getting some air time. If anything is makes my cynical towards ESPN for having a "Not Top 10"

It reminded me of Wolfie the Mascot in minor leagues falling off the dugout while moonwalking and today Sports Nation agreed with me. They compared Sparky to Wolfie and Sports Nation voted on Wolfie. I usually don't watch that show but I had the TV on ESPN U when I turned it on and I saw Sparky. It made me proud because I was the one who named Sparky. I won't ever get the credit for it but I believe I said it on here and on the air on FSN when they named him LU (pronounced Lew).

this whole "I named Sparky" thing is getting as bad as your dunk obsession.
