Liberty University 'moving rapidly ahead' on plan for Wards

Here is an article on the status of the vehicular tunnels. I guess things are looking good! This is much needed.

Lynchburg and Liberty University may partner on another major infrastructure project next year as the school gears up to build its long-planned Wards Road vehicular tunnels.

The tunnels, part of LU’s city-approved master plan, would dip under the railroad tracks and connect to the Harvard Street intersection. They would replace an awkwardly angled vehicular crossing up the street behind Sonic.
