Any taking LU Online courses? I am registered for a course that is set to start Monday but I want to drop. I tried to drop through Assist but it will not let me. Any know the policies and why it will not let me drop. I thought you could drop before the course started.

You can drop the course as long as you have not "attended," or submitted the course requirements checklist, which shouldn't be accessible until the course officially starts. If you still can't drop through ASIST, I'd trying calling Academic Advising.

You should be able to drop without penalty as long as you don't sign in to the course and don't actively do anything in it. I would call LU Online and have them do it manually for you if you can't drop it through Assist.
