Oh goodie. I get to make fun of the Crown again.

Any place with a "baked potato bar" shouldn't be on the list.

thats unfortunate. outside of outback and TRH, thats the onlyother steak i've had in lynchburg.

they used to have most of the menu as usda choice but they got in a prime dry aged strip that was expensive but good.

Next time in town hit Shoemakers.
What was the name of the place down the road from there? I think it used to be The Landmark? Its a Chinese place now.

BJ, I loved my experience at the Crown with the team on LU's nickle, but I was not impressed with the steak at all.

I've never been to Shoemaker's (I don't make the coin that Purple and Smoothie do with drugs & steel), but for my money, the best steak in town is at Logan's--IF you like pepper.

I like Logan's as well but if you are going chain I like Texas Roadhouse across from Wild Wings.

That's Mrs. Cider's favorite, too. But, then again, she's from El Paso.
