The Wingate long led this category that is now wide open. Let me know what new additions should be in the poll.

As a Hilton Diamond member...I went with the Garden.

As a platinum Marriott Rewards member, I went with the SpringHill near the airport.

Craddock Terry was awesome the one time I stayed there. Kirkley is a great value, especially with the LU discount. Its rooms have been refurbished and are very nice.

SMOOTH wants to know if some of the " hourly rate" motels will be on the list

Has the Wingate actually closed? Why isn't it on the list?

EDIT: I checked the website and it does appear they are closed… There are still a ton of cars in the parking lot every night. Anyone know what happened to the auction? Did LU buy it?

the wingate is still open. the owner defaulted on its loan, but it was supposed to be sold.

It went to auction but Im guessing they are keeping it open until the property officially changes hands.

As both a Hilton Diamond AND Marriott platinum Rewards member, I went with....Spring Hill Suites. The Garden is nice, but for the price and the free breakfast - it's Spring Hill.

SLY - Since LU officially bought the Wingate, and plans to keep it open, care to add the Wingate back on the list?

If I add anything then we have to start the poll all over again.
