Chinese cuisine has its own category. This competition is between all of the other Asian cuisines from Indian to Thai to Mongolian to Japanese. Hopefully Korean or Mongolian BBQ makes an appearance soon as well as Vietnamese. Osaka took the title a year ago.

Milan is outstanding, although a little pricy. I'd say Thai 99 is in there (is that a chain? thinking I've seen another one somewhere. Discovered Koto one time near Milan and it was better than I expected, and Osaki is good and cheap. My son the college guy is sold on that one.

Hot & Cold should be added somewhere. Indian and Mediterranean food but the category Uday would win would be a best service category. He's awesome and at his best when he doesn't have any help and is acting as host, server, cook, and bus-boy.

I tried the pho place on Timberlake, and it made me want to throw up. I've never had pho before, so I don't know if it's a good representative of Vietnamese, but I'll never go back. I couldn't tell what kind of meat that was in there, but it was nasty.
