Everybody on Twitter seems to believe it is going into the old Stikfire Grill. Can anyone confirm?

This feels like the buzz we had here in Texas this past year when In 'N Out Burger arrived.

The restaurant specializes in grilled hamburgers and hotdogs (cook-out style), chicken sandwiches, and North Carolina barbecue. They also have milkshakes.
'Bout dang time. Also, Cook Out will knock out Five Guys.

Before anyone jumps on the, "This is just another thing that people hype up that isn't very good train" let me say this:

Cook Out is not the best food in the world. Cook Out, however, is dirt cheap and super solid. For $5 you get the perfect amount of food that tastes good. Can't ask for much more than that.

I went to a cookout one time. It was ok. Nothing special. I was expecting more.

But I was wondering what was going into that building. It seems as though it's cursed.

Also there was a rumor that Chipotle was going in next to Olive Garden and it would be here by January. Where were the rumor guys on that one?

I had never heard of it until this thread so I looked it up. If this place was near work I would go there all the time at those prices as long as it was remotely close to good. If SJ says its decent then I am sure it is. Can't argue with the big boned of the world on food!! haha

I know someone close to the real estate broker to that site and Chipotle is wanting to put a site there.

You got an N Out Burger? I'm soooo jealous. One of our must stops evertime in Vegas

As for cookout. It solid and cheap Prices where they will have5 Guys beat but not quality. Their milkshake selection is insane! I actually see it competing more with Sundae Grill

Cookout is perfect late night food. Greasy, filling and cheap. And their milkshakes are great. I don't think there's any place that can beat their prices.

Not always a good idea. Some of them have no discrimination as to what they eat. That's how they got like that. They anything and everything.

I think their burgers are great. Not a huge fan of the chicken, but I love that you can get a double cheeseburger, fries, chicken nuggets, and a milkshake for under $6

Sounds like my father in law will have another lunch place to try out. He needs one -- he's stuck in a serious rut. If he changes his lunch routine, people wonder where he is.

A couple of contractors have had a bid package for Chipotle as a tenant in that strip. Their supplier confirmed, as he priced material right from the take-off, but he did say that until a sign goes up, he isn't going to get excited about it. Maybe someone who knows the owner of the property could ask them; after all, they have been involved at various levels with TRBC and Liberty.
