I am now a Seminary student and have spent 4 years in Lynchburg. This next year I really want to go to locally owned restaurants. And the best of Lynchburg polls has got me thinking.
What are some places that are locally owned? It doesn't matter how clean or far away from campus.
I know the T-room............ That is basically it. (minus all of the pizza joints in Lynchburg)

There are so many, you just have to be aware as you're driving around. Myrt's, right next to Taco Bell. Koffee Kup at the west end of Timberlake. Carol's in Forest. Fat Tuna on Old Forest Rd. All the places downtown. All the Mexican places. La Villa on Timberlake. Lil Cucci's in Forest. Bakeries. Big Lick. Sachico's (Porter House). New London Steakhouse in "New London" (Forest). The list keeps going.
