Lynchburg is getting younger

not really surprising that Lynchburg is trending that way but dropping 5 years over a 10 year period is a bit unreal :shock:


Median age 2010, Lynchburg: 30.3

Median age 2000, Lynchburg: 35.1

Median age 2010, Virginia: 37.5

Median age 2000, Virginia: 35.7

Part of that was due to Olldflame leaving town for the DR. :lol:

Not surprising to me, with the number of Liberty students staying around.... This is more proof of what Liberty means to this town.

Come on, prototype. I read this article. While it mentions LU as a factor, it makes it clear that all the renovations downtown are why younger people are flocking to Lynchburg. We all know that downtown is the real draw. :BS
