Let's try this again since the numbers became skewed when I made adjustments based on restaurant closings. Everyone please vote again.

I voted Dickeys for best in Lynchburg, but best in the area my vote goes to Blues BBQ in Roanoke.

The good thing about the vote reset is that I couldn't decide between Poke-e-Joes and Ranch Road so I wound up getting to vote for both. I went with the Poke the first time but Ranch Road the second round. I feel a sense of relief.

I voted OTHER and my choice is Soul Brothers/Toy Towne up in Amherst. I do this b/c this vote was for BBQ only. They have THE BEST ribs in the area, their pulled is spicy and their brisket is well....just....great.
I have always said that the sides at Ranch Road can't be beat, and I eat their more then Soul Brothers, but that is b/c of SB's hours.
