New Building on Top of Candler's Mountain

At BWW's today, I noticed that a large building (about the size of the Snowflex lodge) is being framed in near the top of Candler's Mountain.
Does anyone know if this is a private residence or something that LU is building?

It is definitely a residence because Deitz Lilly is the builder and it is definitely on LU property.

From Dr. Towns February Newsletter to Pastors:
"Liberty University is building a home for me on top of Liberty Mountain. Ground was broken at the beginning of this year and this week the foundation for the basement is being poured. I hope to be in our new home by the fall of 2011. Looking outside my study will be a deck overlooking the campus; I’ll look straight down on my office in the School of Religion building. I jokingly say I am going to install a “zip line” and get to school faster each day. There’ll be an open house this fall and I’ll invite you to come visit us."
