Murder charges certified against two teens in downtown death
The 16-year-old youth who witnesses said instigated the fatal beating of an 81-year-old man earlier this month on Main Street was falling-down drunk earlier in the night, yelling at people in the woods who weren’t there and throwing rocks at city workers cleaning up the Blackwater Creek Trail, according to testimony Tuesday.

I understand transferring them to city jail but their parents should take their spot in Juvie...they need to be punished and held responsible as well.
