For some reason I had assumed LU had one for some time. I guess not ...

this was posted a few days ago on that "owly" site

I assume that's what it depicts? I just figured it had been there a while and all you rad college kids were tot's into it.

I got a starter set for Father's Day this year, and love throwing the discs around at the Peaks View course (VERY short course, if you've ever played before). Haven't had time to get out much since I got back from intensives this summer, but I'm looking forward to it.

When we were kids, my sister and I had an 18 hole layout in our yard. It was stuff like "twice around the house, then down and hit the last tree," but it was a lot of fun. Of course, we played with freestyle Frisbees (which are a LOT different to throw from disc golf discs).

Yeah, there's no way I'd do good there. I suck, especially with the driver.

I'm getting better. I threw my driver about 270' on Wednesday (insert your own regular golf joke here -- my record with THAT driver is only about 100'). Put my approach in the brush on the wrong side of a cliff and ended up with a bogey.

By the time we get down there, the course should be in. I'll probably play it, just to play something different from Peaks View.
