Have those of you voting for Dickey's ever tried Poke-E-Joes? Just sayin'.

I've tried both, Sly, but Dickey's gives you free ice cream and free pickles; plus, I love their cucumber-tomato-onion salad. But to be honest, the quality of 'cue is about the same at both bbq joints. And Dickey's is so much closer to campus.

Fair points, CJ ... typically one has far better meat preparation techniques than the other. Of course if Lynchburg were to get one of the better Texas BBQ chains like Rudy's this would all be a moot point. I gouged myself at lunch today. I need a nap.
