Chik-Fil-A has totally dominated this category the past few years. Will the new Spciy Chicken sandwich have a positive or negative impact on their vote?

I love Chik-fil-a, but for best "Drive-Thru Experience" - no way. Everytime I go there you can barely get in the parking lot, much less the drive thru. Too crowded for my taste.

If the category was best fast food place, then I'd choose Chik fil a, but it's not a pleasant drive-thru experience.

Worst drive-thru experience has to be Sonic. Could they possibly be any slower? And even after taking about 20 minutes, they still don't get every order right.

I don't care how crowded its been, it has never taken me more than 5 minutes to get through the drive-thru. That's what makes it the best experience.
