Seems a bit pricey to me....no matter what the amenities are like...

I don't know that I would want a life framed by the culture I can find downtown.

I dont know that I want to pay for a Forest lifestyle downtown

As an avid MLS browser, I can't even begin to tell you the amazing house/property you can get for that kind of money. And that's just the starting price.

That's what I'm saying....for that price per sq ft you could do alot
