Exactly how does the schedule work with a 2 hour delay? Is everything (including convo) bumped up by 2 hours? Does that include grad classes?

everything before 10AM is canceled. convo and everything else is functioning normally.

First classes of the day are the 11:25 classes (or whatever time it starts right around then).
