Just curious, when Liberty advertises a staff job and it says Ph.d or Ed.d required, can an applicant be working towards that degree or must they have completed it? Or is that their "druthers", could a Master's degree person apply?

It varies by department, but usually if a person has been accepted into a doctoral program and is close to finishing the coursework, it would be worthwhile to apply.
