is there any sort of noise code in the city? my neighbors blare rap music on their porch 24/7 and i have to hear it all through my house. is there any sort of noise code in the city that i could call and complain about?

its not even that its just rap, its that they literally have it on full blast, with blown speakers, and the cd player skips at least once on every song and just gets stuck. Since they dont actually sit on their porch, no one is there to fix it for at least a minute.

because they have to have their music so loud, they also have to yell at eachother for the entire conversation, so I hear every word.

It was funny for the first few weeks but now that i have midterms im fed up with it

I'm sure if you called and complained, someone would come.

Do you/they rent? If not, call the police and complain.

i live on garfield ave. its a pretty hoppin place

we set up speakers outside and plan and drowning them out with christmas music tonight. If you drive on garfield and hear "jingle bell rock" dont be alarmed, and feel free to stop on by for brats
