Always a popular meal. Will Cracker Barrel retain its title for a 3rd straight year?

Country is the best and cheapest. Try the western omelette.

how can bojangles not be on here with their biscuits, both the meat and egg kind as well as the sweet and delicious like the cinnamon ones?

Bojangles is now on the list.

Can I change my vote then?

You'll have to suffice with the knowledge you influenced the vote.

I still need to try out Koffee Kup and Country Place. I've never been to either one. As a fat kid, that's disappointing.

Country Cookin' now has a breakfast buffet: it's cheap but nasty. I'm torn--I love Bojangles for everything, and I like the atmosphere of Cracker Barrel; but if I'm really hungry for breakfast, I'm going to Goldern Coral for their buffet.
Biscuitville gets honorable mention for their pancakes. Famous Anthony's has a cheap breakfast, if you get their daily specials.

I can't add any more options unless I pull some down. Clearly breakfast is one meal where there are a variety of opinions.

Torn on this one. When I can't decide, I just default to what the family wants- always Cracker Barrel.

I'm fed up with Cracker Barrel. I've come to find their food is not really that good (except for the chicken-n-dumplings), and terribly overpriced. We were there yesterday, and ordered 1 scrambled egg for my daughter.....it was $2.49, for one egg!

I went there once and vowed never to go back. The food was average at best and I could get much cheaper food that tastes better at someplace like Arby's and I'd get more for my money.

the food is not great, but it's good. And you've got to be kidding me with this overpriced stuff. It's cheaper than every other sit-down restaurant. A $7 meal at Cracker Barrel is no less than $10 at IHOP.

Look at their menu again, there are no $7 meals, except for the dumplings. And the last time I was there for breakfast, it sucked big time.

Ed Stetzer refers to Cracker Barrel as the restaurant with the garage sale attached to it.

CB uses milk gravy, not sausage gravy. The best biscuits & gravy are at Hardees or Bojangles.

I'm partial to the Colonial restaurant. Never had anything I didn't like there, and the service is friendly.

If you like Koffee Kup you have to try Country Kitchen. Way cheaper and the food is better IMO.

I judge a breakfast place partially by the quality of their sausage gravy. Koffee Kup does many things well, but to my memory, sausage gravy is not one of them.

Worst sausage gravy I ever had was at the Weenie Stand downtown. There's no doubt that it came out of a can.
