How did SCAR miss getting in the photo?
Liberty University alumni chapters are quickly spreading across the nation. Just last month, the Alumni Relations Office launched three new chapters in Florida, Pennsylvania and Richmond.
The Richmond launch on May 28 brought LU’s number of active chapters up to nine. More than 55 alumni, along with 12 Liberty faculty and staff members, attended the event held at Grove Avenue Baptist Church. The evening included dinner, as well as speeches from chapter leader Jon Manson (in red shirt at right) and from area alumnus Tim Scarborough, a television broadcaster for the Flames Network.

Yes Manson is going to make our chapter one of the best in the country! I was honored to get to speak. I brought a clip too but they didn't roll it. Kidding.

My dad ran the tv ministry there before leaving to teach at LU. small world. interestingly, GABC is the longest running televised church program in the country.

Of course, if you look at the LU spash page now, there is a thumb nail pic of SCAR speaking:

Sorry, SCAR, they've already moved the article off the main page; it's now under "more news" but your pic isn't there any more.
