Sounds like a blast. Wish it were while I'm in town next week.
Our church is having a big Outdoors Expo this year and combining it with a huge car show that we are calling "Camo & Chrome". It doesn't get any more masculine than a combination of firepower & horsepower.

Aw, too bad! It is a blast. The first year we had a couple hundred in attendance, last year was over 1000. And we're a small church out in the country! It's awesome what God is doing! (You can see from the pics, "camo" is definitely the fashion of choice for the day)

I love these types of external outreaches that get unchurched folks on your grounds. Have you guys contacted any manufacturers to invite them to set up displays?

That's a good question, I know last year there were a few manufacturers that had tables or demos set up.

I've always been surprised that more churches don't use this type of outreach. Especially in rural areas.
