Got the following in an email today:
Colleagues:

Today (9/29-08) approximately 75 parking spaces on Eagle Run are being converted from Faculty Parking to Commuter Parking. Generally, these are spaces beginning in the area of Schilling and extending toward Reber-Thomas.

Signage is being installed, and fliers will be placed on faculty vehicles to make everyone aware of the change. There will also be an announcement on the Splash Page.

Please send this message to the faculty so that they can adjust their parking. If faculty members continue to park in the spaces now designated commuter, they will very likely be towed.

That's fine--the 2 parking lots where the tennis courts used to be are plenty of parking for the faculty. :oldhag :clapping

I think that is why they converted the others to commuter. Now if only the main campus faculty will take advantage, as I have yet to see it even half-full.
