Back on topic....just had Bojangles for the first time (I'm from the north). It was okay. Don't think it deserves the attention that it has been given. And what's the deal with those straws?

did you grab one the long coffee straws? the bigger ones were for regular drinks i think, and the thin ones were just long coffee straws. never seen a long coffee straw.

I just drove by the new Timberlake location and the sign says that they will be open on January 28

Thanks. I guess they updated it since I drove by there today, at which point it still said "Opening Soon."

I can confirm Manager's statement--the sign did indeed say January 28th as its opening date. Almost time for another FF luncheon.

The Army...I already have information for him and they will pay him a good signing bonus...but I am not heartless enough to let him do this before he graduates...I want him to at least be an officer

if he makes officer you would deserve part of that bonus....because i have a feeling his GPA isn't going to cut it....especially if mine didn't with the air force..

now that ithink about it, not sure if I would feel safe knowing BJ was any kind of leader in the Army....

I stopped at the Bojangles in Rustburg on my way in from NC yesterday. The food was great as usual. The best part for me was my drive-thru experience, though.

A teenage girl's voice greeted me over the intercom and started taking my order. It was a simple one but I could tell she was new to the job. She managed to get confused part of the way through the order and was trying to repeat back to me what I got, which she then realized was very wrong. At that point she let out an "Oh ****!" I'm fairly certain she thought she was muted but I got a good laugh out of it since it was pretty loud coming out of the drive-thru speaker. She apologized. I said it was fine and laughed some more.

Man I love those biscuits.
