If they turned me in, the thing that I find WILDLY amusing is that never once have they confronted me directly. They've had opportunities in class, on Facebook, on AIM, on here, over the phone, etc, and never once have I heard from them. They had a friend call me, but they've never once tried to talk to me.

Anyway, I suppose the worst thing that could happen would be Liberty would punish you with some reps or something like that. I think they may ask you to take down the pictures and lock the thread.

I know legally, there is nothing this couple could do, but I think what you will likely hear is that taking down the pictures is the "right thing to do." Not that I agree, I think you should leave it up.

If Liberty does ask you to take down the thread, I think the couple should publically apologize for their behavior as well. In fact, I would say "If they want me to take down the thread, they need to issue a public apology for behavior."

You know I'm behind you on this one, but if it comes down to something serious, just give in. It's not worth a risk to your education. We have other ways to deal with that. For example, just because you take them down doesn't mean someone else can't post them all back up again. Or make a PDF of the entire thread available.

i'll repost it. They can't do anything. you can take pictures in public, its not an invasion of privacy because its in public.

maybe its for something else. people get call slips for stupid stuff all the time. someone probably made something up and turned you in cause they were mad at you for standing in front of them at a game or something.

the good news is, whatever you did was probably in public which means you have a ton of people who have your back

Your actions were merely a cry for help in such a difficult and unmanageable situation as you were forced to endure visions of your former girlfriend gazing into the eyes of another man as you courageously attempted to wisely spend your parent's tuition dollars by actively following the professor's lead. You now hope the school will take the appropriate steps to protect both you and the unsuspecting future classmates of next semester whom the school must protect now that they have been placed on notice to correct what would appear to be an established business practice to not adequately protect such students as yourself from this predicament.
