i'm sure the priority will be 2-3 new dorms a year to keep up with growth. the perimeter road is already being worked on and i've heard that it should be done by this summer. that athletic improvements are all waiting until someone pays for them, or in footballs case when they are needed.
as far as the parking lot on the hill, there is a big field there that is not on a bad slope and would be fine for a parking lot, but it may catch some baseballs from fouls.
I'm with SJ in that as much as i'd like to see the whole circle dozed, it doesn't surprise me that it isn't going to be. Maybe that will be on the next master plan, or will be done for the final 10k SJ was talking about.
All in all, if most of the stuff on this plan happens, campus is going to be a lot better.
