Don't you think that a portion of the money could have been put to better use here in the city and still had a smaller logo.

First off... use a question mark when you ask a question.

Secondly... The city needs to realize that Jerry did shrink the logo and invest money elsewhere... He was planning on covering the entire mountain range with the logo to where the road would have run through the logo... he cut back and sent some money to the "Lynchburgers need to get over it" fund.

I read your reply to that Scorcho....very nicely done....I don't always agree with how money is used and not sure if the logo is needed at this point....but Jerry/LU did nothing wrong with the logo...it doesn't look bad....Like you said, it all comes from their hatred of Jerry Falwell...such is life in Lynchburg I guess
