Ive driven by there...probably the best Phillys in town...there is another place that I often hear commercials for during Hillcats broadcasts that has good ones as well

They wanted a second SEC team, so by annexing Louisiana they picked up LSU. Regardless, this area will still be known as Flyover Country to 90% of America

Houston is known as the Bayou City and has the largest concentration of folks of Cajun/Creole descent outside of the Big Easy/Red Stick/Laffy area. There are Cajun restaurants everywhere for all of the Lousiana transplants working int he oil & gas industry.

Actually Houston is fly-through country as one of the nation's busiest air hubs. But then again when you live somewhere that no one without a military ID would ever stumble across I can understand the confusion.
