There is no truth to this rumor. We have no interest in that property and have not discussed it with anyone.

There is a group in town that has regularly spread false stories over the years that Liberty or Thomas Road keeps or tries to keep nightclubs out of town. They used to say that Jerry Falwell kept Hooter’s out of Lynchburg. This Cattle Annie’s rumor probably started with the same group because LU owns the Lynchburg Inn next to Cattle Annie’s.

Like SJ said, he's been watching for quite some time and at times when things needed to be corrected he made sure the right people knew....which is one of the reasons I really think this board ranks up against any other board on the internet if not tops them...b/c FF's stays current and correct....sometimes we even do Mr. Lang's job for him Seriously though I think he can even vouch for the accuracy of this site.
