I went to Marriott today, some girl at a table right across from me has about 2 inches of butt cleavage showing. She seems kind of prim and proper and would probably be extremely embarrassed if she knew. Then a two tables over some other chick has a nice pair of light blue thongs on, and I only know this because the entire waist band and 2-3 inches of material are showing. I don't care what they look like, butt cleavage is not attractive.

There should be a committee of 3-5 guys, all with different tastes that have to give their approval. If you get a majority vote, you can wear it. It doesn't have to be unanimous, just majority.
