This is what happens when Christians become dumb and spend too much time listening to talk radio and reading conspiracy theories. Marxism is always the comeback when one challenges a Conservative on issues that have become pertinent in an ever-changing world.

By the way, this should discussion be elsewhere on the forum.
No, this is what happens when someone takes the time to visit the BLM website and read it and then watch interviews with its leaders and they point blank say they're marxist and their stated goals are exactly what's listed in that 2017 article. Now who's dumb, you or I? If you had read the entire article it concludes they're just a blip in time. Americans as a whole are to smart to actually go down that road. At least most of are?

Now back to everyone's favorite topic, lets beat the dead horse some more
https://christianindex.org/black-lives- ... anization/
I could list a page full of things that we as a society have done over the past 40 or 50 years to get everyone caught up. Today if you're willing to move where the work is, and work hard anyone can have success. Failure now is more of a choice whether, white, black or brown. I just finished a 40 year career in aviation. Half of my managers were black. They were high achievers and we loved and respected one another. We were family.

Funny story. Last week in Morehead City when I was launching my little Carolina Skiff with my 2005 Toyota Tacoma, behind me waiting their turn to launch was three black fishermen. They were driving a 2019 Toyota Tundra (my dream truck), pulling a 90K Wellcraft sportfishing boat. I laughed and told my friends, black lives matter some where  .

Racism is a cancer. It's absolutely against Gods word. Let me say this and I'll stop my rant. If I'm black and I had to set and listen to white liberals saying I needed their help to make it..... I'd go nuts.

If i were making a corporate donation, rather than make it to a marxists organization I would choose the Woodson Center.

So, this whole anti-marxism/anti-communism fearmongering trope is what Jerry Sr used to bash the civil rights movement in the 60's, MLK day, the anti-apartheid movement in the 80's, and a myriad of other social justice issues. So, I am not surprised any of the old guard here is using that type of fearmongering against BLM or those raising awareness of evil within the gates of LU.

The only thing wrong with others being wrong is the fact that you are wrong.

Kind of like a double negative...hmmm.

So you would say that Jerry Sr. was wrong? Did he oppose the Civil Rights movement? I know he was very much an anti-womens rights guy. The problem is that both he and his opposition were bullheaded about their positions, which were really at the ends of the spectrum.

When asked by Fox News to comment further, Liberty University spokesman Scott Lamb dismissed questions about the deal as old news.

I would still like to see a 990 that shows an endowment of 1B, primarily composed of cash, CE, stocks, etc. Jerry was fond of putting all the financial eggs in one basket and calling it endowment, all the while using debt to build the assets.

I wonder how many friends and family members of Lamon/Haman are still collecting paychecks from Liberty University as opposed to an Unpaid Administrative Leave until the investigation is complete. Heck, I might even take a Paid Administrative Leave, just get them all off campus.

Is Becki still collecting a paycheck from Liberty University? If so, why hasn't she been terminated regardless of contract in the same manner Ron Godwin terminated beloved professors over their perceived "power"? Show up on the front step with her final paycheck and tell her she has until 5pm to clear her and her husband's office.

To be fair, it might not be wise to allow an accused sexual predator on campus. Make "Trey" do it.

Cherry on top, just as we did to the professors, if those going on leave are not off campus by 5 p.m. threaten them with arrest for trespassing and disturbing the peace. No time for goodbyes or well wishes, just get out.
