yeah, that sounds more likely. I don't think a Hilton can run out of money.

As a frequent hotel guest I will echo the Garden Inns. I m a big fan of the hilton chains, and no not because of Paris LOL Courtyards are nice but would rather stay at a Garden Inn. I frequented many a hotel on Richmond's west side with my job (and not just teh ones that charge by the hour!) I did stay at a Best Western two weeks ago, it LITERALLY smelled like Arm Pit. I used a whole can of Ionizer from Auto Zone to get the stench out. Thankfully, I have been back the the Hampton ever since and it was just a one time occurence

As for the Ramada here, they have a bad location, outdoor entrance and age on their side. And I do think they charge by the hour!!

Hampton's are very nice for their usually reasonable price.

Apparently this $325 hotel room only cost my business $60

yeah, i don't know if the back of the door price is accurate, because the courtyard room we stayed at said 325 as well, yet we went through the hotel and paid 80 bucks a night for it...so who knows what that price really is there for...

I don't think anyone pays that price on the door, not even corporations that waste money more than the federal government.

I have stayed in a ton of hotels on the West End here in Richmond and I can say that most are pretty dirty, even the fancier ones. Richmond is not a good place to stay in hotels basically. Haize, hit ya boy up the next time you are in town. We need to do Maggianos again!

I think the price on the door is there because it's a max price. Like when they try to gouge you during peak times.

I went and saw the new Hilton Garden Inn yesterday. Im probably going to work there part-time. Its pretty impressive instead. They are still waiting on Lobby and meeting room furniture so it won't up now until June 2nd.

The hotel’s 12 conference classrooms could accommodate up to 7,000 students for intensives – and some of those students could stay at the 240-room hotel, which will continue to be rented out to the public.
