I don't have a problem with it. I believe everyone has the right to protect their personal property (aka: there body), and a smoker violates that when they smoke in an enclosed area. I have asthma and I love these no smoking laws.

I totally understand where you are coming from though and can't blame your reasoning.

You know what really irritates me though? Parents that smoke with their kids in the car. That is rude, disgusting, and dangerous.

The reason why I don't have a problem with this is because it is the state making the decision. Now, if it was the federal government, I would have a bbbiiiiiiiigggg problem because it is not their right.

Because the federal government is left out of making decisions like this due to the constitution. What I should have said is that the states have more of a right. Does that make it better? Not necessarily, especially if you feel the law violates the constitution of the state. However, it is more of a state right.

I'm a big states rights guy. Take it or leave it.
