Yup.
Disclaimer: I co-owned and operated a competing studio for a few years. It was started as a direct result of a lot of our friends having bad experiences at the two existing studios in town. We shutdown because musicians (in general) are about the most reliable people on Earth to do business with. Getting paid was like pulling teeth.

I assure you she sounds MUCH better live.TRZ ruined a five song demo some friends of mine recorded there. Their singer's voice was my favorite ever, and he came out of there sounding like a unicorn with a hangover. (That's the only way I can explain it.) On top of that, TRZ actually lost some vocal tracks and wouldn't give them more time in the studio to re-record them without charging more. So they had to put it out with missing vocals in a section of one song.
