Or - the guy he fought was better on ground and Matshark doesnt do stand-up all that well. Also the guy he fought was a good striker, sooooo his looks may not be going for him this weekend.

and prototype, i did go the distance, and yes, i did have trouble getting up. i was wiped out.
no the guy wasnt better on the ground. i solidly won the first round. 3 takedowns, several attempted submissions and ended the round on top and ground and pounding.
messed up my hip flexor on monday, couldnt shoot off of it mon or tuesday, and couldnt throw and kicks at all with it on sat. you try beating a pretty good kickboxer when you cant use your main weapon... (i almost pulled out of the fight bc of it) let alone after spending 2.5 hrs in a sauna.... let me know how that works out for ya.
oh, and thanks to a rediculous amount of vaseline on my face, nothing more than a couple of bumps around the corners of my eyes. my rib on the other hand... that hurt for about 5 weeks.
