Yes I've been to a couple. Just didn't care for them. The noodles tasted like they were boiled in dishwater.

I asked the cashier at Chipotle, and she said it's supposed to be some brick-oven pizza place. So it looks like Haize may be right about Waterstone. Maybe some scaled-down express version.
