Apparently John Luke and his wife Mary Kate will be coming to the mountain this fall. I wonder if the cameras will come with them? Of course it could be they will just be doing it online, which would be no big deal, but it does say they will b e ¨going to¨ Liberty University.

I know when John Luke spoke at convo earlier this year before Sean Hannity he talked about moving to Lynchburg in August. I think there's a video of it on YouTube on Liberty's account. That's where I saw it.

Yeah he's going to be a residential student, talked about moving to Lynchburg multiple times when he spoke in convo. And since that's the case I'm willing to bet that at least part of the Robertson family will be convo speakers for family weekend this year, it's also a CFAW so that increases the probability even more, just like Jim, Jill and Erin Kelly were convo speakers for last year's family weekend.

Not so fast my friend. The ratings have gone back up this season. The producers finally figured out the audience didn´t want the scripted silliness they were using and went back to letting the Robertsons just be themselves.

So it's ratings match syndicated reruns of Big Bang Theory and Family Guy. Impressive...

Alas, season premieres and finales generally have higher ratings to begin with. We'll see how it does going forward.

However, a 0.9 rating is pretty much what they were drawing in for many of the previous season's episodes, in which it fluctuated between 0.7 and 0.9, so not exactly a ringing endorsement to get a 0.9 for the season premiere when there is much less competition in June when compared to November - February.
