Went once years ago. Meh. With a zillion sandwich options these days, it doesn't stand out. Came across like a poor man's Jason's Deli.

Used to live really close to one, loved their french dips, and it was the best sweet tea around (in the north, no chick fil a).

Well, nothing's for sure until it opens, but they did file their plans with the city on Feb. 18.
