We need an "ethnic" category for some of the more interesting food experiences that aren't considered Asian or Latin American. Lynchburg needs more cultural flavor like the Ethiopian place that is new.

A couple of other nominations to consider:

In the Mexican category, Taqueria in Forest. Can't remember if they were on the list last year. Little hole in the wall with great, authentic, cheap tacos. Not sure if you're doing anything with food trucks, but Taco Shark and The Canopy have both been operating downtown. And Al Ryan downtown is a good little Mediterranean spot. Same guy who used to operate My Favourite Things in the doomed old Daddy Bim's building on Old Forest.

There's a guy who works for the ILRC who has his own mobile BBQ truck called Smoke Ring BBQ that is only open on Saturdays: https://www.facebook.com/SmokeRingBBQ

And there's a taco van that parks itself on Fort Ave not too far from the Waffle House.
Hmmm Must try this Smoke Ring now that my favorite BBQ place is no more
