Not sure if this has been mentioned yet but there may be a new development coming anchored by a fitness center. Not sure exactly where this is.

If you look at the site plan image, it shows that it is on the corner of Lakeside dr (221) and Jefferson Ridge parkway. That is right behind the Sheetz. Jefferson Ridge is where Frito Lay and Harris and all that is.

I would expect to see the corner across 221 from the fire station there to be developed at some point soon. I know that Starbucks has interest in that area, as well as Chick-fil-a; both were talking to the developer of the Fresh Market center, and Starbucks prefers to locate on the side of the road with traffic heading in to town.
Some of those photos are from Short Pump in Richmond. ACAC had plans to develop a site in that area long ago (2006?) and Curtis Staples was involved in that effort, but it never progressed.

Not really interested in a fitness center, but this development has promise. Two spots for a major tenant listed on that diagram picture. Wonder what the other would be?

There is a nice park further down that road too if some of you folks don't know about it.

Also, Myrts is now painted white and being renovated. Anyone know what is going in there?

It is amazing to me that Chick-fil-a is only in one area of town considering the monster business that they pull in.
