Can anyone offer any help? Havent been able to get mac mail to connect to my liberty email for a few weeks, did they change servers? I know there is an old thread when the iPhone 3gs first came out with the instructions, anyone have the new instructions?

My daughter also has a Mac. She didn't have trouble with her webmail but she did have trouble in other areas. We called the school and they told us to download Firefox. It was easy to load and she has had no further trouble. The University said they were having trouble connecting with Macs. Hope this helps.

What I notice is that you have to into your login info three times. I'll have to use Firefox next time.

yeah im trying to bypass that. If I have to login to a website, I wont ever see my email, way too many accounts spread out over exchange, gmail, outlook, juno...

You may have been locked out of your account because you've tried to many times. Give the help desk a call...they'll get you up and running in no time.

This happened to me about 2 months ago. Called the help desk and they got me straight. They said they were switching some e-mail accounts to a different server.

The new server is bl2prd0511.outlook.com. You also do not need the SENSENET in the domain.
