Other then the first time the people/person at the front was very interested in talking to someone else who wasn't a customer. Not a big deal to me, because I'm not that interesting but I did have to help a Seasoned Citizen figure out how the operation worked. Hey, you asked about customer service! Of course, since I'm out that way today I'll be stopping in again.
No - don't ever hesitate to give me feedback. I really want to know. We really want to make sure that our staff is very friendly and not just standing behind counter taking money. We have some that truly excel at this and others who don't get it yet. I appreciate the feedback and maybe our paths will cross sometime at Bloop. We really need to catch up...

How was it childish on our side? We didn't even get involved... This was about Mr. Goodies - it was about the owner getting upset that we sold a franchise in the Winchester market 4 miles away from a Sweet Frog he already owns.

BJ - Was your customer experience at Bloop not good? I would love to know about it either way.
I didn't say you personally. I said both sides of the fence, meaning both sides of the argument. It was ridiculous all around and I am pretty sure you know that.

You keep dropping their name on this board though, which is a great plan!

It's all about how you define "We". Officially bloop didn't comment on the matter, now people associated with bloop...

Postman and Class of '09 -

I understand both your points. No one associated with Bloop (on payroll, or ownership) replied to his comments - it was all fans of Bloop.

I have no problem giving MR. GOODIES some plugs on here. I meant what I said - It's Ice Cream and is different. I still go there with my kids. I'm glad to see them busy when I pass them. I just wish Sweet Frog wouldn't be so territorial and play nice with competition. Here is a great example of bad business practices -

All they did was help promote that there is another yogurt shop close to there location and people will now try it - then they will make a decision if their yogurt is better. Would McDonald's do this if Burger King built next door? ABSOLUTELY NOT... This is the mentality of most SF owners, because they get no help from corporate on how to properly market their stores.

Its not that it was bad necessarily...but itd be nice if I could get a smile and a
"hey! How ya doin?" or something from the guy behind the counter. I go there about once a week to check Liberty Journals (just put 200 new ones in this week to replace the old ones) and grab a cup of cookies and cream or chocolate so itd be nice to get a friendly word while I was at it
#393920
BJ, can you get me a big stack of the old ones?
#393922
Not sure...most of them have gone to recycling. I might be able to pull a few from the loading dock by the post office (or you can ask flamerbob about it)
#393935
Just cleared that one out I think yesterday along with all the other boxes on campus. There are a bunch on the loading dock by the post office but many of them have been sent away to be shredded
