My sister felt it in Wilmington, NC and my girlfriend felt it here in Knoxville. Said her hospital was shaking.

TDD, my parents are 30 miles down river from Parkersburg, and they didn't feel a thing. And my office is on the 3rd floor of DeMoss, and I didn't feel it either.

I was in a meeting at school in Chesapeake and didn't feel anything. My parents were at different locations within 5 miles of me and they felt it. I don't get it, but whatever.
