When I lived in an A room, we had this set up, with my desk at the foot of the bed that extended from the wall towards the bathroom. We had room for my office sized chair instead of the wood ones (which i add for the sake that my office chair didnt fit under the desk like the standard wooden ones did, thus taking up more room) and we still had plenty of space to easily walk into the bathroom.
The year earlier when I lived in a C room, my roommate and I had tried this set up. It would have worked great if the rooms were the same size. However, there was no room for my desk, let alone my chair, and even without those two you had to either squeeze through a six inch space between the bed and wall next to the bathroom, or climb over my bed to get into the bathroom
So, unless the beds are longer in the C room (which as someone who is tall enough that beds are not long enough for him, I can guarantee you that the beds in all the rooms are the only thing the same size) the rooms are different sizes.
