There is something that you are missing about Liberty Ridge. It is $700 for a 1400 SF, 2 full bath (not just one) + a garage. Yes, there is only one bedroom, but there is also a "formal dining room" which can be turned into a bedroom.

When we were looking for apartments 2 years ago, there were cheaper places, in parts of town I would not want to live. The apartments that we were considering were slightly more, with more amenities, but less space & NOT on campus. You cant beat the location.
