JDUB, Yellow Sub is on Old Forest Road, but you can't see it from the road--only the sign. It's on the right side of the road heading toward Blockbuster or Kroger. Somebody built a huge 2 story brick building right in front of it. If you past the Altavista Bank, you've gone too far.

If you go to the yellow sub, you'll also be treated to probably the oddest apartment building in Lynchburg on the other side of the parking lot. It's like a hobbit dome made of asbestos instead of grass.

If you want a place to check out for consideration for next year go check out Roly Poly on Lakeside. they are very nice people and the sandwiches dont look like your typical sandwich but they are very good

Their tuna salad is made with yellow fin tuna and is the best I gave ever had.
i will have to try this. i have loved FT since it opened and ordinarily get the Mando italian sandwich on wheat. Being from lynchburg i have to put my two cents in. yellow sub is a basically a staple of lynchburg as far as chill little places to grab a bite is concerned.
