the motocross trail/track thing is really nice. i went on it last weekend, it has some decent sized jumps and stuff.

as far as insurance, LU isn't providing bikes or anything, just the land. I'm sure it is a "use at your own risk" type of deal. I think there will be warning signs that take away most of the liability

Where is this "Jack Mountain" property that the article speaks of?

down hydaway road then make a few turns. when it opens officially there should be maps available online somewhere. maybe on the mountain trail system maps

i'm sure LU will still get sued at some point in time, which is still going to be costly if the case goes to court.
