False

I believe Inclement Weather includes a certain degree of rain. IE if its raining all day, the game gets cancelled, at least when it comes to College and High School.

Also, note the irony

It's really not the rain that's cancelling a game, but the field conditions. I think we're getting nit-picky, of course a game is cancelled for severe weather, and that's what the carolinas are experiencing right now.

Which is why taking the game indoors is a great idea. Some colleges already play football indoors, northern schools play tennis indoors to start the season...why not soccer?

Here's the question: Is the field large enough, or is it built for indoor soccer (different from regular soccer)? Obviously it can be used as a practice facility either way, but the ability to play a game depends solely on the field size.

At that point playing a game indoors is not a bad idea at all.

It is an indoor facility that will be used mainly for intramural soccer and flag football. Sure, it can be used for practices, but to have a game you have to add scoreboards, bleachers, better locker rooms, and all kinds of other things.
